This website provides transportation booking, chauffeur registration, partner portal, chauffeur portal, admin portal, service tracking, and invoice management tools. By using this website or portal, you agree to use the system responsibly and provide accurate information.

Bookings and service records

Transport schedules are subject to availability, partner assignment, chauffeur assignment, vehicle availability, route details, pricing, and confirmation. We may update, reject, cancel, or amend records that are incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, or unsuitable for service arrangement.

Partner and chauffeur accounts

Partner and chauffeur portal users must keep login details secure and must only access records linked to their own account. Chauffeurs may be required to upload valid PSV License, E-Hailing Vehicle Permit, expiry dates, bank details, and other supporting information before approval.

Fees, invoices, and documents

Transport fees, chauffeur fees, add-on services, extra costs, discounts, referral fees, and invoices are generated from the information recorded in the system. Uploaded documents must be accurate, readable, lawful, and related to the correct person or company.

Prohibited use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, submit false information, impersonate another person, or interfere with the operation or security of the system.

Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the system available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user submissions, system downtime, third-party service issues, or unauthorized account use.
